As we begin a new year, we want to thank all of our alumni members and especially the donors who made last year so successful. With alumni support, we were able to invest over $200,000 into the 90+ year old chapter house that many of us have called “home”.
In 2016, we replaced the three porch doors, repaired windows, doors, plumbing, woodwork, as well as purchased new living room furniture (including the gift of a new pool table). To top it off, we finally were able to accomplish our long-standing goal of putting a new roof on the house!
In 2017, with alumni help, we plan to repair the front porch and repair more windows and doors to make the house more energy efficient. There is still time to make a year-end contribution (tax-deductible) to our foundation at www.scfminnesota.org/donate
